Here's how we do it, we order from the supplier after the deadline is reach for the batch. Then we wait for the goods to come. It normally takes 2 weeks to 1 month for items to reach here, depending on the customs delay. Then, we will sort out the items, contact the buyers and ship it out to all of you. We ship using registered airmail to people living overseas. For people locally, we will not offer postage as a first option unless it's really necessary.

Once the order arrives, we will choose and try to adjust with the customer so we can deliver the goods over to you in top-notch condition. There are a number of options the buyer can choose from.



For those who're located in Brunei, there are a number of choices, please choose what you think is best fitted with you:-



Pick-ups at selected locations.


We offer pick-ups at selected locations only since we're not really that comfortable enough to explore the hidden places of Brunei. Please understand. We have a reason to be doubtful if someone ask us to go to Muara Town just to send over the goods. We do not send the goods directly to your house. Please bear that in mind too.



So far, we offer pick-ups at:

• Kiulap area. We will contact you as to where we actually meet so no worries.
  
• Gadong area. Again, we will contact you as to where we actually meet so no worries.
  

We also offer pick-ups at schools too! So please look out for those who are currently studying in Maktab Duli and UBD. ^^ Just give us a message and we will tell you all where to meet.




Belait & Tutong


For customers living in Belait & Tutong, it's either if you all can drive up to Brunei and Muara to get the goods from us or we send them over to you using DHL or Fedex. But please be aware that there will be extra costs for that.



For international buyers, we will ship the goods via REGISTERED AIRMAIL. They will normally take 1-2 weeks to arrive so please be patient when waiting for them. :) So far, we only ship to Malaysia only!
