• Once you send an e-mail to me confirming your order, there will be no turning back. Strictly NO BACKING OUT. That's the golden rule so please think twice before sending your order over to us.
  
• You're not allowed to back out of this with reasons like no money and etc. Once you order, you will have to pay for it.
  
• If an item is out of stock, don't panic. WE WILL INFORM YOU OF IT and you will have the choice of either having a full refund or you can change your order to something else of the same price.
  
• For INTERNATIONAL buyers, payment will also be required to be done within 1 WEEK after the confirmation of order.
  
• We do not BEAR any responsibilities for packages lost in mail so please do understand. Don't blame us, blame the dreaded post.
  
• We will check every goods that arrive here before sending them off to you. If it's defected, we will change them with a new one. So please do not panic.
  
• Our order goes by batches. There will be a deadline for each batch so if you want to catch it, please order before the deadline period.
  
• We will only open a new batch when there's enough people and the stuffs for the batch before arrives.
  
• All items will be ship to brunei first before it goes to all of you. If you're unhappy with that, we have nothing to say.
  
• Orders made by MSN or phone will not be entertained unless you emailed them to us with the order format situated below.
  

For locals, everything is strictly Cash on Delivery. But there are some special cases when customers can't do meet-ups or they live far away. In those cases, items will need to be sent to you by post and payment will have to be made within one week. Here's a list of ways to pay the money to us.



Bank Deposit.


People who buy can deposit the money in our bank account. E-mail us for our details and we will give you the bank account number. Just deposit it like how you do it regularly.



Meet ups


We can also do meet ups for the people who wants to give the cash to us in person. As usual, we can meet up at Kiulap or Gadong. For those who are currently studying in Maktab Duli and UBD, we can do meet ups there also during school hours!



Belait & Tutong


I suggest bank deposit for this. That's the only way unless you want to come up all the way here to do meet-ups.



For international buyers, we accept three forms of payment.




Western Union


We're sure a lot of countries offer this services and we're pretty sure that Malaysia has one as well. Please do know that money sent via Western Union maybe fast and efficient, will require a small fee. So buyers who wants to pay this way will have to find a way to find other buyers so they can send the money over in one go and seperate the fee so one person do not have to bear the fee on his/her own.



Concealed Cash


We currently do not accept money orders. But we DO accept concealed cash, means sending cash over like normal letter. Please be assure this is not the safe way for money to travel. Hide it in a card or a few papers or something. =)



Bank Transfer


This is not highly encouraged. You may end up paying more than you think...and we heard it's very expensive also. But if you're really desperate, you can go for this.








All the items that reach our hands will be thoroughly check for defects, at your will. (if you do not want us to do this, we can skip this step but it's not encouraged.) However, if it's manufacture wise, we will not be able to do anything about since the items are largely produced. But if the item does not work or if it's broken in some way, we will return the item to the supplier and ask for a new one. We will also bear the return shipping cost.



However, once we checked the items are okay and once it leaves our care, we will not be responsible for the goods anymore. Please DO bear that in mind. We will contact you all if your item happened to be defective.



In our case, if any of your items which you ordered are out of stock, we will refund you the full amount of price you paid for it. However, if the item is damaged, we will not pay you back your money. Instead, we will exchange it either with the same item or another item with the same price.
